The Client

EZ Charters is an effort to improve ease of use and enjoyment for luxury charter clients through data aggregation and organization. The company aggregates the data of interested users and provides services through nearly 250 worldwide aircraft partnerships. A subsidiary of Air Group One, EZ Charters offers its clients more than 40 different aircraft types from which to choose.

The Challenge

EZ Charters needed a powerful digital relationship for a massive brand launch to span three countries. Our role was to generate audience interest and develop a well-defined, consistent brand tonality in the leadup to the launch. We were also hired to create a-custom, innovative booking engine (via our Solution Design & Development services).

Solutions Provided

  • Solid brand tonality, with elements for implementation across web, social, display and search platforms.
  • An Advanced Analytics database, integrated with EZ Charters’ CRM system.
  • User Acquisition campaigns across all digital platforms.
  • A first-of-its-kind charter booking engine algorithm, with real-time pricing across 350+ airports.
  • A Brand Management command center, enabling monitoring of and response to all social chatter.
  • A real-time site dashboard to analyze over 70 key performance indicators, related to booking engine usage, Brand Management, and Marketing Automation.
