The Client

Our client is a public university that was founded in 1899 and obtained state college status in 1921. Its campus is located less than two miles from the Pacific coast where it offers 118 different bachelor's degrees, 94 master's degrees, and 5 doctoral degrees along with 26 teaching credentials among six academic colleges.

The Challenge

The client was facing serious issues with their branded Learning Management System with frequent disconnects and low interactions. Also, the access and permission to the remote modalities instructions often resulted in failures because of update issues. The client tasked us with fixing these issues and also asked us to run a marketing plan to acquire lost student enrollments.
