Epik Solutions (Epikso) is looking for a seasoned Digital Marketing and Web development Sales Leader who will essentially be running their own business within the larger Epikso infrastructure. This is a unique opportunity to embrace your entrepreneurial spirit and essentially be a leader inside Epikso. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and developing a sales team while also selling Epikso’s Digital Marketing and web development/consulting Solutions through variety of sales channels and interacting directly primarily with US based customers. Essential to success in this role is a keen ability to lead a successful Multi channel sales team and develop new hunting strategies to penetrate new divisions and organizations within your assigned Verticals. Epikso provides standout support and tools from the Development, Inbound Marketing, and Solution Development teams for you to leverage to exceed sales performance goals. In this position, you will be working very closely with the co-founder and have a large amount of influence on sales team decisions and initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • At the crux of this role, you will be responsible for Driving Revenue.
  • You will own Monthly, Quarterly and yearly sales targets for your sales team and own direct responsibility for meeting your team’s targets.
  • Ability to forecast and predictability in monthly deals closure numbers is of absolute importance for success in this role.
  • You will help coordinate sales efforts across multi sales channels and will help close deals with the team.
  • You will both lead an existing cross-time zone (Day and night shift) team that will consist of a combination of Outbound, Inbound, Proposal, Research and Prospecting units. Currently this team is 10-15 people and has an open head count of several more as per your performance to scale and grow.
  • In this role, you will work closely with Inbound Marketing to build pipeline; enable the Outbound teams to sell effectively our Digital marketing and web development offerings
  • You will provide feedback to the development teams on specific Lead magnets and areas to sell better.
  • Use relationship management techniques to develop selling opportunities within chosen vertical organizations; penetrate new divisions and organizations within the existing accounts; develop new direct selling opportunities.
  • Schedule and attend sales call appointments with a prospect organization.
  • Utilizing a consultative approach, discuss business issues with prospect and continue to optimize the formal quote, a written sales proposal or a formal sales presentation process addressing their business needs.
  • Scale the RFP desk in their responses to chosen RFP's and follow up with prospects and close RFP wins.
  • Recommend Inbound marketing strategies for prospecting and hunting new logos.
  • Provide status information to your Manager including forecast/pipeline information.
  • Identify Epikso customer references that can be utilized when reference selling.

    Skills

  • You will need to have a strong sales background to succeed in this role.
  • Effective Forecasting, meeting revenue targets, Pipeline development and multi sales channel success experience is a must.
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills including presentation skills.
  • Consistent track record in people & sales management
  • Ability to work collaboratively with employees within the sales function and across functions including Outbound team, Sales Operations, Digital Marketing, and Development.
  • You will need to understand and work with cross time zone team (both day and night shift)
  • Experience with target account selling, solution selling, and/or consultative sales techniques
  • An aptitude for understanding how Digital marketing products and solutions tackle business problems as well as the competitive landscape.
  • Experience using SFDC, Hubspot and other CRM and Digital marketing software.
  • Track record of exceeding assigned sales quotas in contiguous, multiple years.

    Qualifications and Experience

  • 15+ years of STRONG sales experience needed.
  • Experience that demonstrates a strong level of expertise in Digital marketing and web development required to sell Epikso products and services is required
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
